About our shop
Making a purchase is easy, just browse our website, and click the ‘add to cart’ button below any items that you wish to purchase and this will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘cart’ symbol on the top right of any page and you will be able to review your selection before paying for the items via the paypal website. All details will be processed via the paypal transaction including your payment confirmation and delivery details.
Privacy Policy and Credit Card Security
Burlington Bear Publishing does not disclose your information to third parties. For your security all credit card numbers handled by Paypal are encrypted before transmission over the internet. Please see Paypal’s terms and conditions.
Shipping your order
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
For all UK orders we offer 1st class delivery. Both UK and International services are provided by Royal Mail. Please be aware that the following delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability. For UK orders we anticipate that these items will be delivered within 2 working days of your order. For Europe we aim to deliver between 4 and 5 working days from dispatch date and from between 7 to 10 days for the rest of the world. This is of course subject to any restrictions imposed by the local mail delivery organisations.
All orders placed on BurlingtonBear.co.uk are fulfilled within 48 hours if available. Any items in your order that are not in stock in our warehouse will be shipped as soon as available. Out of stock items will be clearly visible when ordering on our web site.
If you wish to find out the delivery costs for a specific order, you may wish to place all the required items into your Shopping basket and proceed to the Checkout page. There is no obligation to buy at this point, but you can glance at the associated postage costs. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase, you may then submit your order.
Returns policy
Unfortunately we are unable to refund unwanted orders, however in the unlikely event that you wish to return your items due to damage or production faults please unsure you send the item(s) in their original packaging to the following address: Burlington Bear Publishing Ltd, 1 Clerkenwell Green, London EC1R 0DE. Please be sure to include your despatch note so that we can match our details.
